Water Main Break Disrupts Voting in Ward 5

A water main burst about 2:45 p.m.,  halting electronic voting at the Bunker Hill Elementary School in Ward 5. While power was shut off in some areas of the school due to the break, the poll room remained lighted using auxiliary power, according to Andrew Frazier, precinct captain. Electronic voting halted, all voters were instructed to use paper ballots. By 4:30 p.m, flooding in the area had slacked. More on the story later.
