Black Insight Magazine: Digitizing The Industry

Black Insight Magazine is the first digital, interactive AfricanAmerican magazine.  Published in Las Vegas, Nevada the magazine seeks to reachan untapped demographic of middle class and affluent AfricanAmericans of all ages.  

Theresa Goss aChicago native, who also serves asPresident of the magazine, founded the magazine. Simultaneously, she is President of GEA & Associates, themagazine’s publishing company.  The Editor of the magazine isTamara Butler, founder of Good Stuff Professional Services, anorganization that provides diversity training and communityenrichment programs.  She is also author and editor of theseries “Just Imagine a World without the Contributions ofBlack People.”

BIM plans to provideinformative articles about ordinary people, doing extraordinarythings as well as travel tips, celebrity interviews, health andnutrition tips, and Caribbean and Soul Food recipes. The interactive component of the magazine will allow subscribers topreview movies and concerts.
