From Asian restaurants in Chinatown to the federal courts in Judiciary Square, Ward 6s diversity offers its residents a place to party, work and retreat. This ward has been under the gentrification radar and is the future home and neighbor to some of the District’s largest developments including the Nationals baseball stadium, new restaurants and the Southwest Waterfront development project .

Ward 6 offers residents the opportunity to voice opinions and concerns through a variety of outlets. Councilman Tommy Wells community hours on H Street on the forth Thursday each month. The Ward 6 local Advisory Neighborhood Commission also meets each month to discuss issues, ideas, and new projects in the area.
