College can be a difficult time for students who are not only adjusting to a new environment, but are also not accustomed to the rigors of higher education. During the recent Howard University Research Week, two undergraduate scholars presented their study on the effects of academic difficulties for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
