In 2014, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden launched the “It’s On Us” Initiative, an awareness campaign to help put an end to sexual assault on college campuses. Two years later the Vice President held Champions of Change, an event recognizing students who have done just that.  NewsVision reporter Alexis Porter has the story.
