The Protest Factor at HU: Will the Backlash Backfire?

 

Howard University continues to celebrate its sesquicentennial, despite recent controversy. The university was vandalized last week after university President Wayne A.I. Frederick held a meeting with the new controversial U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, and visited with top Trump administration officials at the White House.  While no one has stepped forward as the perpetrator, reaction on campus continues.  NewsVision reporter Tyra Trent looks at whether the protests are affecting the university's bottom line.
