President Joe Biden is joining world leaders in expressing condolences at the passing of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II. The 96-year-old reigned for 70 years– the longest of any British monarch. Now her son, King Charles III, will help lead the country in ceremonial remembrances. NewsVision reporter Kendall Lanier has reaction on the campus of Howard University.
