The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 51st Annual Legislative Session addressed several issues pertinent to the Black community. One of the panels, “Mental Health and People of Color in 2022,” examined the disparities of services, reasons behind the disparities, and looked at various coping mechanisms.
