Pageants are a billion dollar business, with an estimated 2.5 million women and girls competing in pageants in the U.S. last year. Although pageants are very popular nationally and internationally, few people know about the hard work that these women go through to get on stage.  NewsVision reporter Bria Nicole Stone takes us behind the stage with a pageant veteran for a closer look.
