Local Business Owner Survives, Thrives through Gentrification
Gentrification remains a problem for many black-owned businesses in Washington D.C. More specifically, it raises issues with owners in the Shaw Howard Metro area around Howard University. Wanda's On 7th, was an early victim but known survivor of gentrification and its effects.
