Baltimore City Police are offering a $9,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and charge of the culprits in the homecoming week shooting at Morgan State University. Authorities say two people were responsible for the attack which injured five people. With its own homecoming just weeks away, students at fellow HBCU Howard University, share their concern.
