Capital City Still Digging out from Blizzard 2016

Snow-weary residents of Washington, D.C. are in recovery mode after last weekend’s historic blizzard. The nation's capital received more than twenty-four inches of snow making it the fourth biggest snowstorm on record.  Howard University News Service’s Chelsea Floyd reports.
