Dakota Crossings Retail Space Coming to Northeast in 2013

Dubbed “The Gateway to Washington,” The Shops at Dakota Crossing will be located at New York Avenue and South Dakota Avenue Northeast. The coming stores include Target, Costco and Shoppers Food. A variety of local and national stores and “main street” style design will give shoppers a walkable retail experience.

According to the developers, the shops are scheduled to open April 2013. Wholesale shoppers and businesses can look forward to Costco opening next March. The Shops at Dakota Crossing is a joint venture between Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation, Trammel Crow Company and CSG Urban Partners.
