Maryland Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Ben Jealous lost his bid against incumbent Larry Hogan Tuesday night. Jealous was hopeful that a 2-1 margin of democrats to republicans would help him becomes the state’s first black governor. Evan Brooks reports from Jealous’ Watch Party in Baltimore.
