Introducing the Fall ’21 cohort of the six-credit capstone class for broadcast journalism, NewsVision Lab. The individual videos were produced as part of an in-class assignment on the first day of class. The assignment: create a short introductory video sharing experiences and aspirations.

The Fall 2021 scholars include: Ariana Cobb, Taniyah Keve, Hadiyah Presswood, Abriana Luke-Scales, Micah Washington, Alex Williams, Desiree Williams, Jaylen Williams, Carrington York. The students are under the tutelage of Jennifer Thomas, associate professor, and journalism sequence coordinator for the Dept. of Media, Journalism and Film, in the Cathy Hughes School of Communications at Howard University.
