New Cigarette Usage Rising

A new report says e-cigarette use among middle and high school students tripled from 2013 to 2014. Many people  turn to e-cigarettes because they think the devices are less harmful; but the Montgomery County Council disagrees, and has moved to ban the use of such e-products. Bianca Burns reports.
