The City Council for the City of Alexandria will be decided this November 6, and with many of the incumbents being defeated in the primaries this summer, the Council will without a doubt have a new look and a new direction. But the Council members will need to deal with the citizen’s grievances first. Dikembe Wilkins reports for Howard University News Service.
