In this special NewsVision talk-show segment, two senior capstone broadcast journalism majors, Beverly Robertson and Amyah Wright, sit down at WHUT-TV to discuss the vital importance of press freedom. Taking cues from their capstone course under the direction of Associate Professor Jennifer Thomas, these rising media professionals reflect on their roles as future defenders of democracy. This segment was produced as part of the Fall Video Internship with WHUT. NewsVision is the final stop for these Howard University seniors before stepping into professional newsrooms.
