Howard University is celebrating its 155th Charter Day. The celebration marks a time for the University to remember its foundational history, and for staff, students, and alumni to be encouraged to continue its legacy. U.S. Congressman and alumnus Gregory W. Meeks served as the Charter Day orator. The chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee challenged students to continue to fight for truth.
