Howard University kicks off its unforgettable homecoming season 2023 with the theme “Revival.” This comes weeks after gun violence jeopardized the safety and homecoming activities at nearby Morgan State and Bowie State universities. Students and parents alike say they’re somewhat worried the issue of safety could put this year’s attendees to the D.C.-based homecoming at risk.
