Students disrupt Howard University's 150th Charter Day Convocation March 2, 2017
Howard University celebrated its sesquicentennial during a traditional convocation ceremony on March 2, 2017. Before President Wayne A.I. Frederick was able to begin, protesters using a megaphone, interrupted the program. But as HU News Service Vania Brown reports, protests are one part of the university's rich legacy.
