The DC Council Committee on Health and Human Service vote to bring the "Death with Dignity Act" before the entire council.

 The DC Council Committee on Health and Human Services decided to bring the "Death with Dignity Act" to be voted on by the entire at the end of the month in a 3-2 vote. Supporters and critics of the bill attended the committee hearing to share their views on the bill and physician-assisted suicide.
