Howard University Students React to ICE Recruitment Ads

As controversies continue surrounding U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in U.S. cities, the government continues recruitment efforts. Those efforts include a a nationwide recruitment campaign promising huge bonuses, and loan forgiveness.
