Voters stood in line outside, wet, cold and tired at the Banneker Community Recreation Center, but
It did not prevent them from exercising their right to vote in this year’s 2018 Midterm Election. Much is at state locally and nationally, and as NewsVision reporter Sommer Hill reports, voters wanted to make sure their voices are heard.
