Washington, D.C. is a melting pot of diversity that holds many events throughout the year for all cultures and ages. “Art All Night” was a two day event the last week of September that showcased the various artistic talents of people in the area. A part of the festivities was a family-friendly event, “A Night Circus,” held in front of the Carnegie Library and hosted by Events D.C.
