Organizers celebrate the founding of the Congressional Caucus on Black Women and Girls

For the first time in history, a new caucus was created in the House of Representatives to focus on black women and girls. The offical celebration, on April 28, began with two panels and ended with a reception and words of encouragement. Howard University News Service reporter Ashley Guster was there.
