With many unhoused residents of the District living in encampment sites, the Office of Health and Human Services plans to launch a program to provide housing and behavioral health services. However, the new Encampment Pilot Program is sparking disagreements on how to aid our unhoused neighbors. HU News Service reporter Megan Western has the story.
