The past year has been a challenging one for college graduates, who, due to the coronavirus pandemic, were unable to be on campus. At Howard University, a majority of seniors attended their final year online- much to their disappointment. This week, however, they received good news; the university announced there will be a commencement ceremony, albeit with limitations. NewsVision reporter Etolia Magdalena explains.
