The legal marijuana industry is a multi billion dollar industry in America. In D.C., African Americans are trying to gain a larger share. Even though African Americans make up 47.7% of the District's population they only own about 15% of medical marijuana licenses in the area. Why is there such a large disparity? The video explores this issue.
