Mounting Gun Violence Claims Young Victims in the Nation’s Capital

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an uptick in gun violence nationwide. According to U.S. News, gun violence has risen more than 30 percent from last year. Here in Washington, DC, there have been nearly 400 juvenile arrests this year and among these offenses is gun violence.
