Vice President Harris Announces Grants to HBCUs After Recent Bomb Threats

The Biden-Harris Administration announced the Project School Emergency Response to Violence (SERV) program. HBCU campuses impacted by bomb threats will receive funds to enhance campus security and provide mental health resources. The awards will range from $50,000 to $150,000 per school.
